I do not condone the use of any of my scripts or any information contained on my site for illegal file sharing. Any scripts which include file sharing capabilities should only be used for materials and files of which you personally own the copyright. I will not be held responsible for any misuse of these scripts for illegal purposes.
I will not share any of your personally identifiable information with anyone else when communicated to me through email or other method of contact with relation to any published content on my site unless expressly permitted by you. I will not seek this permission.
I state that all of my scripts are free of scripted back doors. I never publish anything which may directly exploit you or your equipment. I cannot guarantee that mIRC itself is free of exploitable issues, although I have yet to be made aware of one.
Using my scripts does not give you the right to expect any sort of affiliation to me and does not affiliate me to any of your work.
All of my scripts are open source and are not charged for (freeware) however if you are using something found on my site or given directly by us to you via IRC, email or other means you do have the right to leave comment on the appropriate page.
Should you find a script particularly useful I would like to receive a short email telling me about it. This of course is not required as a term of use but merely a request.
